We are Lady Lavish Noire, a community rooted in sisterhood, growth, and collective power. Our organization was created as a sacred space where Black women come together to empower one another through shared knowledge, skills, and experiences. We believe in the brilliance, resilience, and untapped potential within every Black woman—and we exist to nurture that potential in community, not isolation. Here, we learn from each other, teach each other, and build each other up. Whether it's developing new skillsets, deepening our intellect, forming meaningful connections, or exploring our limitless capabilities, everything we do is grounded in the belief that when one of us rises, we all rise. In this space, you are celebrated for being unapologetically you—your full, authentic self. We honor every version of Black womanhood, and we uplift each other in truth, in power, and without compromise. This is more than a network—it's a movement. A space to reclaim our narratives, cultivate joy, and create the future we want to see.

About the Founder

I am Nadiya

Greetings Lavish Lady! I'm Nadiya, a 25-year-old scientist with a deep love for everything and everybody NOIRE, our brilliance, our beauty, our complexity, and our power.

My journey began in Philadelphia, bloomed in Jamaica, and matured in the vibrant energy of the Bronx, NYC. I carry each place with me, woven into the way I see the world and the work I do. I'm a proud graduate of Clark Atlanta University, a historically Black college that taught me the true meaning of Black Excellence, not just in academics, but in art, culture, leadership, and community.

To me, being multifaceted, isn't just a characteristic, it's a way of life. I live in full spectrum: science and politics, world travel and jazz, new hobbies and new knowledge, all excite me. I believe that growth is infinite when you remain curious and open to new experiences.

This community is my heartwork. It's a space for Black women to be lavish, bold, brilliant, free, and unapologetically themselves. I created it because I've seen what we can do when we come together, teach each other, and honor every facet of who we are.

Our Mission

Our mission is to cultivate a vibrant, empowering community where Black women come together to learn, lead, and live unapologetically. Rooted in the spirit of Black excellence, sisterhood, and self-discovery, we create space for women to share skills, spark connections, explore new experiences, and embrace every facet of who they are. We exist to uplift Black women in all their complexity, creativity, and brilliance—because when we grow together, we transcend beyond limits.

Inspired by the multifaceted life journey of our founder, we believe in the power of knowledge, culture, and community to ignite transformation.

Our vision is to create a space where thousands of women come together to travel the world, build lasting sisterhoods, and explore the full depth of who they are. Through intimate gatherings, transformative travel groups, powerful networking events, and purpose-driven service opportunities, we aim to cultivate a movement rooted in joy, freedom, and limitless possibility.
